I purchased the Evolve Retractable Hose Reel (30m) 5 months ago in November 2024 and found it makes my life so much easier, no kinking and no untangling as was the case in my old hose. The retractable mechanism works well; however, I did forget to order the special nozzle connector that allows for disposable lawn and feed sprayers to be attached. Hoselink immediately dispatched that item to me without any hassles. Well worth paying the money.
