I purchased a 30 metre hose reel over 2 years ago and although it gave some trouble since shortly after being new, we perservered with it. However, it eventually failed to release.
After contacting Hoselink, I was advised to return it for a possible repair. This I did, with the post-paid docket they supplied. They made the decision tyhat the ubit was in fact failty and replaced it with a completely new unit, totally free, although it was almost 12 months out of warranty.
We can't recomend Hoselink highly enough.
