My first hose I bought leaked and didn't roll back neatly, I sent an email to Hoselink and they answered my email immediately and said that there must be a problem and will send out a new hosereel immediately. So far the new one seems to work perfectly, I suppose time will tell. I was impressed with the speed at which my problem was dealt with, thank you
