I have used hose link for many many years. The products from retractable hoses to solar lights and more, are high quality and exactly as described. Service and communication is 100%. More than once (and only very recently) a piece broke for unknown reasons, on emailing customer service they immediately dispatched a new piece no questions asked. It’s really refreshing to have that. Will always recommend the products because of the quality and the service
