Great products and great people to deal with on the phone. No phone menus to struggle with, no overseas callcentres involved, no language difficulties. Good for elderly people like myself. They are always courteous, friendly, and very knowledgeable about even the smallest products, which makes it easy to discuss after-sales service or order replacement parts.
