Never ever use Hostelworld. I paid a €210 deposit and exercised my right to a refund within 3 days and it was rejected. I have the screenshots to proove the Hostelworld were liable. Furthermore when I settled for a credit note they said it could only be used for booking deposits - meaning I would need to spend over €1000 in accommodation costs in order to get full use of the credit note. Stay Away from Hostelworld. Incident #4354548
