I booked a bunch of hostels for my interailing trip but it kicked me out of my account and then when I went to go back to log in it said that my account didn't exist. Lucky I emailed all of my Hostels who were very helpful and confirmed that my booking was made on the dates that I wanted. In Future I would use Hostelworld to find Hostels and then book directly with the individual Hostels. It might take longer but it would of have saved me from that headache
