I have always been impressed with the efficiency that this company provides. The only time I have ever had an issue (and a slight one at that) was when I could not find the Lava 2 prefilled pods and inquired via email and did not receive a response. The email could have been misdirected or not received. I will say I am really impressed that the last order came via UPS/FedEx as the USPS is haywire right now. It was automatically done and the message that was given was funny and spot on. To avoid insanity....was basically what it said, as nicotine is something one craves if using. The package arrived when it said it was going to, and tracking was provided. Great company.
