“I love the service and the speed you get them . But my last order the two Kentucky pods did not work no matter what I tried but this is one of the only few places you can get this type of pod and it's what I smoke so you deal with it other than that I think the service is great”

“I'm based in California and have been ordering from BPN for many years. Shipping is pretty fast, usually receive it within 3-5 days of receiving a shipping notice. Always well-packed, never had a damaged parcel before. From ordering to shipping, at times, does take several days to process, but not always. Reward system is great. All in all, my only pod supplier I use.”

“This company is always quick to deliver. The pods seem fresh. I just wish they would send coupon codes in my email correspondence once in awhile. I've been a customer for 3 yrs & never any coupon codes unfortunately.”

“I order different vapes from this website. Because they are usually the least expensive with free shipping. I will order six or seven different vapes. At a time. When I get to use the last couple ones, they don't work. And then it is usually months after they have been delivered. Their policy is a refund, two weeks after delivery. I get a bad vape on top of having to pay for it. If somebody orders that many vapes, it will take them time to get through all of them. There should be a better refund policy.”

“For over a decade the service was great. Then, another group took over and the service became horrendous. I dreaded having to contact them about anything. It was ALWAYS so so stressful and it took weeks to get any resolution, IF, any resolution could be gound.”

“They were perfect. I got frustrated with the purchases at gas stations because of the horrible brown color pods. Also, they refuse to refund damaged pods. Thanks”

“Fast shipping, got exactly what I paid for. Over the course of several orders, I have received a couple bums. They were able to quickly credit me for them-something even the local brick and mortar store won’t do!”
