“For over a decade the service was great. Then, another group took over and the service became horrendous. I dreaded having to contact them about anything. It was ALWAYS so so stressful and it took weeks to get any resolution, IF, any resolution could be gound.”

“I ordered the incorrect flavor and sent an email about returning but received no reply. I wanted to exchange for a different flavor, noticing that my flavor was no longer available. I still have the menthol order in a drawer as I certainly cannot use them and I paid over $100. I order from BPN every month and am surprised that no one replied to me.”
