“I usually buy the 4 pack of Golden Tobacco, but a recent order they were not in stock. So I bought the 2 packs and was disappointed to see that they were older, very dark and tasted awful. All of the 4 packs have been great.”

“After using this web site for over a year, compared to their competiton, they are excellent. However, this survey is inquiring about my most recnet purchase. The ONLY reason I did not give an excellent rating was I ordered 11 pods and only received 10. This has NEVER happened before and I was reimbursed full credit. Otherwise I am extremely satisfied and would recommend "Buy Pods Now" as the best company to purchase Pods on line.”

“I purchased a Spaceman Smok 7000puffs. Honeydew melon. For some reason it's not working properly. This is the first time I've had a problem with an item. I'm so disappointed as I was looking forward to using it. Is there something we can do to fix this problem? I would really appreciate it.”
