“shipping is fairly fast. It's kind of a pain to have to sign for them upon dilivery but I do understand why. Some pods don't seem to work well.at first I thought it was the battery and sometimes it is but when you have new charged batteries and still it doesn't work well well then it has to be the pod. otherwise it's great.”

“The only issue I had was not to know when they were coming to my door. They came on a Friday and I wasn't home and had to wait until Monday to pick up. I'm 73 years old and think it's ridiculous to verify my age at the door..”

“I usually buy the 4 pack of Golden Tobacco, but a recent order they were not in stock. So I bought the 2 packs and was disappointed to see that they were older, very dark and tasted awful. All of the 4 packs have been great.”
