“When I submitted my order for 7 units, which was less than what was reflected available, a couple of days later I received a message that the product had been ‘over sold’ and there was only 1 available to fill the order. This was my first time ordering from this site, it is the last. Very disappointed. Still waiting for the 1 unit!”

“It is impossible to find an Apartment from HotPads. I send messages..emails..phone calls, yet still no new apartment. We've been looking for 2 years now. Just a huge waste of time and effort. Tell me why is it so difficult to rent an apartment with you? We just get the runaround..like a hampster on a wheel.”

“They are rude, the shipping is not quick and I did not get them the day they said I would! Plus I did not have to sign for them. Their web page does not even have an option to cancel orders! They immediately charge your card for the products then make u wait to get them.”

“Spent nearly $170 for vuse pods. Out of 28 pods 4 are the way they are supposed to be! 24 pods are dark, taste bad and are unusable. Your no refund policy has me in a bad spot since I'm out all of this money for nothing. I will not be recommending customers to your site or products.”
