“I ordered 6pks of 4 count pods for my mother on 9/3 and she is yet to receive them. I have sent several emails to to the company about this and have yet to get an explanation. I tried tracking it with no results. Now I'm going to have to go to another website to reorder. We spent over 130 some dollars for these and am not happy about the lack of response.”

“I contacted you about a vape not working and did not receive a response. Very frustrating. I am a good customer and have always been a loyal customer. I took it out of the package and it just blinked like it was empty. Never had that happen before. I know it does happen to people on occasion, I just expected acknowledgment of the issue.”

“I am the parent of the child (11years old) that ordered these vapes and pods. I was appalled that it was so easy for him to purchase something illegal for minors. I will be reporting this transaction. Thank goodness I confiscated them as soon as they arrived.”

“Shipment hasn't arrived yet. The website says it was to be delivered yesterday then today...I purchased because the reviews were great. Said fast delivery, that doesn't seem to the the case for me. Will not order from this site again. I'ved waited over 7 days for nothing! Although my credit card has been charged and they've received their money, I still haven't received my order.”

“I have yet to receive my package. I have had no issues in the past with quick shipment. This time around my package is stuck in Yonkers somewhere and can't find the SAME address it always goes to. I've contacted ur app and UPS and have gotten NO WHERE!”

“Ordered several Flair disposables. Two were completely DOA and appeared to be counterfeit. I wouldn't trust these people and I will never order from them again. Wasted money.”

“I live in California. It takes over 10 days to receive my order. At $10.99 cents for shipping seems to me you have a problem processing my orders. I think that part of your business practices needs drastic improvements. I will not be referring anyone to your company.”

“They don't tell you shipping cost until you've confirmed your purchase and it's utterly outrageous. Purchase hasn't arrived yet, and they made a 1$ charge to my card the day after my purchase. My bank needs me to wait a little longer to see if it ever arrives before they can help me recover the funds. if it does arrive I'll attempt to return it for a refund, and if I don't return it im going to throw it all away because I'm not going to smoke anything that comes from someone this shady.”
