“I spent $150, and the package was marked "Delivered, front porch/door" by USPS. But I never received it. I reported this to Route, the shipping partner, and have not received a response from Route or BuyPodsNow.com. So far, money out the window, zero customer service.”

“Paid for two day delivery EXPEDITED!! and might get them in five days! If you want me to continue buying from y’all, I’m looking for a credit for the shipping seeing how I spend on average of 5 to 6 hundred per month! Free shipping would probably beat your costly shipping quicker! I’ll be looking for my credit!”

“Terrible place to do business with - I ordered 4 Black YOCAN UNI Pro mods - they sent 2 blue & 2 Silver and "apologized for the inconvenience" when I emailed asking why I didn't get what I ordered . Sent them back for refund - company received them 5/23 according to USPS tracking and as of 6/3 I still don't have a refund or any acknowledgement they received them back.”
