“Broken, leaked and doesn’t worked. Reached out to customer service, only replied to me when they said they couldn’t see the pictures. After I resent the pictures... nothing. Disappointed.”

“This has been my 2nd order of disposable units that had multiple defective units in the 10 pack box. They just gave me a credit rather than send me replacement units. I had to pay for shipping again!! Terrible customer service”

“There wasn’t much of a selection to choose from because a lot was sold out. Also, I paid almost $28.50 for express shipping almost a week ago and I still have not received my order. For that amount I should have gotten my package overnight. I checked to see where it is and only the shipping label has been created. USPS still hasn’t picked it up yet. This is ridiculous. Never again will I buy from this site”

“I bought a 10pk of the Bang XL peach ice the first one I opened the bottom light turned red and the hit from the vape tasted very burnt. I tried another one and it was the same. I also reached out and the website to see if I can get an exchange or refund. That was 5 days ago. No response back.”

“I ordered on the 27th of November and paid for express mail, it is noe the third of December and u still haven’t received. It said if ordered before 2pm it would be shipped and processed the same day. My order wasn’t even processed until the 30th. I won’t be ordering again.”
