“I ordered one week ago and still haven’t received anything. My mother, who referred me to order from her, ordered her vape pods after I did and she received hers before me. I paid for a shipping of $7.99 with ups surepost and ended up receiving usps priority.. which was only $3.49. Upon inquiring about my problem I was told I got a better shipping.. makes no sense.”

Hello, Im not sure which products you are referring to, however when a buy one get one free deal is currently active you will need to add another of the same product and it will automatically reduce the cost to $0. I hope this helps. Thank you for shopping with us.

“I still have not received my package so I cannot make a proper review other then it taking forever. When I go to “track” my order through UPS it says it says a label has been created but package has not been picked up for delivery yet so there is nothing to track. Worries me that this might be a scam and they just took my money.”

“I placed an order 9 days ago and received a tracking number. It has yet to update and says pre-shipment. I have tried to email about it and it keeps sending the email back and says send failure. I just want what I paid for! I would like an update!”

“I have emailed and left two phone messages regarding my order that was placed on 9/1/20 and still have not gotten a call or email back. My order supposedly shipped on 9/1/20 and there is no tracking information on the package. Sent email and left messages wanting to know if my order even shipped because all it says is lane was created. Email and voicemail left over 24 hours ago and another voicemail left at 8am this morning”

“I’m giving it 1 star because it wasn’t long enough to cover the whole juul. Also, the sticker part is not sticky enough a day of use and it’s already coming off. The imaging is a little pixelated. Amazon has better quality for the same price.”

“My order was quick & easy and arrived quickly. I ordered 2 Eon & 1 Sea Juul compatible devices. The Sea device does not work at all. I can't find a way to resolve the issue otherwise would have been 5 star.”
