“Shipping sucked”

Unfortunately shipping is out of our control. In order to keep the cost down for shipping, we use USPS as they have the most cost effective shipping option. We do offer UPS as well but the cost is much more. Sorry that you had a bad SHIPPING experience. We would be happy to help you out in anyway we can to resolve this.

“I ordered 2 packs of pods on the 13th and never received an order confirmation and it's been 4 days... you certainly charged me $124 for it, but I cant even log into my account and it wont let me reset my password... horrible website”

“Placed order Feb 26... was fully charged and given tracking number which has not arrived to the USPS facility as of Mar 9. Update (Apr 7): Receive email asking to change my review as they believe the issue was addressed - when in fact NOTHING WAS DONE. These incompetent morons really need to get their act together. Buyer beware!”

“Listen I directly purchased my product from Sol and I would always get my product living in Florida no later than four business days. I would typically order the product on a Thursday or Friday and it would be shipped out the next business day. For example if I order the product on a Friday it would be at my house no later than Wednesday and that was on the $2.95 flat rate. I ordered a 5 pack of Sol tobacco vape pods last Friday and it is Saturday and still haven't received them! I will not be using your company again. Disappointed customer Anthony Kerns”

“I can’t give any stars.. I brought and paid for them on the 13 nov and I still don’t have them it’s now 3 December still waiting they are on the way..I do live in Australia but they we sent on the 29th of nov 16 days after purchase🤷🏽‍♀️”

“Latest order held up in NJ over a week! No response to email or phone. Started to think I got scammed, but finally got a refund. Now I see the flavor I ordered is “sold out” so I figure my pods went to someone else and/or inventory management is for shit at Hotpodz. No longer a fan, but thankful for refund.”
