“I have emailed and left two phone messages regarding my order that was placed on 9/1/20 and still have not gotten a call or email back. My order supposedly shipped on 9/1/20 and there is no tracking information on the package. Sent email and left messages wanting to know if my order even shipped because all it says is lane was created. Email and voicemail left over 24 hours ago and another voicemail left at 8am this morning”

“I’m giving it 1 star because it wasn’t long enough to cover the whole juul. Also, the sticker part is not sticky enough a day of use and it’s already coming off. The imaging is a little pixelated. Amazon has better quality for the same price.”

“My order was quick & easy and arrived quickly. I ordered 2 Eon & 1 Sea Juul compatible devices. The Sea device does not work at all. I can't find a way to resolve the issue otherwise would have been 5 star.”

Unfortunately shipping is out of our control. In order to keep the cost down for shipping, we use USPS as they have the most cost effective shipping option. We do offer UPS as well but the cost is much more. Sorry that you had a bad SHIPPING experience. We would be happy to help you out in anyway we can to resolve this.

“I ordered 2 packs of pods on the 13th and never received an order confirmation and it's been 4 days... you certainly charged me $124 for it, but I cant even log into my account and it wont let me reset my password... horrible website”

“Placed order Feb 26... was fully charged and given tracking number which has not arrived to the USPS facility as of Mar 9. Update (Apr 7): Receive email asking to change my review as they believe the issue was addressed - when in fact NOTHING WAS DONE. These incompetent morons really need to get their act together. Buyer beware!”
