Placed order Feb 26... was fully charged and given tracking number which has not arrived to the USPS facility as of Mar 9.
Update (Apr 7): Receive email asking to change my review as they believe the issue was addressed - when in fact NOTHING WAS DONE.
These incompetent morons really need to get their act together. Buyer beware!
