“I placed an order on December 20, 2021. I was charged $11.00 for shipping. Today is January 3, 2022, and I have not received my order. I ordered buy four, get on free. It remains to be seen if I receive the free liquid salt. I also ordered from Just Fog on December 20, 2021. Just Fog only charged about $3.00 shipping and I already received my items from them.”

“I ordered 20 packs of CIRO cartridges. They came stale, and discolored. I sent 2 emails to customer service and haven’t heard anything back from them. Now I get an email for a review, hence the 1 star. I was hoping they were reaching out to make it right.”

“I ordered a VUSE which came with 2 cartridges. They could not be shipped to any state around me: NH --- NO MA -- NO ME -- No But they sent the extra cartridges to me: $12 + $14 SHIPPING!! What a mess!! A review?? Of what?? Cartridges that are useless??”

“Says 300 puffs but it really means 10 puffs. Disappointed. It cost me more to buy on here then going to the store at a gas station. My advice. Don’t buy.”

“I made a purchase on the 28th of September, expedited shipping to be received before the 30th. Shipping was late and I never received my order. I had talked to the company that was to receive order and gave them send it back as I wasn’t going to be there any longer as per buy podsnow company recommendation. nothing has been done about refunding my order.”

“My hyppe max flow disposable vape came straight out of the package leaking the vape juice. It was covered it in & it doesn't even hit. You can't smoke it or nothing. You try hitting it & it does nothing. For this being the more expensive vape outta the two I ordered & the most expensive one I've bought off the site so far....I am highly unsatisfied & honestly want refunded. Or want it replaced.”
