Fast shipping, arrived a day sooner than I was expecting. The item descriptions could be a bit better - I was unaware that the extra cartridges for the uwell kit I ordered included coils since the coils are also available separately and the cartridge description doesn't state, so I ended up making an unnecessary extra purchase of coils by mistake. Not a huge deal though, if I were more knowledgeable I probably would have been able to figure it out but I've never purchased a vaping unit before (I was using disposable Leap pods prior to this). Overall great experience. Fast shipping, customer service responded to my question promptly via email, great selection, and fair prices. Highly recommend these guys!
