I never did get my order. It get lost in the mail and then I had to deal with Route to get it replaced. Long story short I never did get my pods and it took weeks to get my refund from Route. I was under the impression that's why we pay for the shipping insurance but, they don't do ANYTHING until the post either returns the product or it goes a work week once reported lost. So, no real reason to pay for the Route shipping insurance. It really does you no good in the end. I don't know.. Its Money and partners first then customer. Too bad they could have had me on the hook for 80.00 a month. Maybe more...
