While I know they can't control what their shipper does they can control who they ship with and for the past several months the shipper is horrible. The packages never ever arrive on time if you pay the $35 to get it next day or even 2 day. The ground shipments are almost always delayed or lost and take up to 10 days to arrive and UPS can't even give updates on their shipment like they do with other vendors. I am once again left wondering where my package is almost a week after placing an order.
