I placed an order on a Tuesday and I never received any correspondence for 3 days on when or if the order was shipped. After several emails to customer care I was finally informed that they over sold the item I purchased on that day and that they just received a shipment of the product and it would be shipped that day. The problem I have with this is I should have been informed that the shipment was delayed because it was out of stock.
