The customer service on the phone was great. Easy buying experience. Great shipping speed compared to my Vuse Alto experience. I got my order in less than a week. My last Alto order took over a month from their company. Next order though, I’ll be looking for a different system. The Juno isn’t for me. It snaps and pops with every drag I take. So I’ll be looking for a higher quality pods system.
