For MONTHS I have been trying to reset my password so I could apply points. Because this proved to be unsuccessful, I was eventually told to place my order, then inform Elaine of my order # so she could apply points for me... which I did... sent her an email.... and rec'd nothing. Jeff, the tech person was to call me (numerous times).. He hasn't yet. Apparently, he is the only person that can help fix my password reset... does Jeff even work there? So nothing has changed that would help your customer's satisfaction. I simply do not understand why this is such a problem. Your product is great... customer support, sadly, not so much. I send this anonymously because I fear future "attitude".
