I've been ordering from them for a year now with monthly orders. Every order came on time. The two times that I called, 1 being a dead pod and 2. being I couldn't find on the website the one pod flavor that I love to buy all the time, they were quick to respond, correct and get me the pod flavor that I love. They are an absolute pleasure to deal with and their prices are great.
