Store and communication is good. Problem is their prices are too high. When you add shipping I was a couple dollars over what I would pay at any local shop. That's the point of mail order usually. To save money not having to pay the ridiculous local prices. I found a coupon, and it was really just that they carry a juice I was looking for. Saved $3 and got the juice I wanted. I use other mail order sites and I get my order considerably cheaper.
