I have been ordering for many moths now. More often than not I receive vuse pods that do not work. I used to not say anything bc I know stuff happens but after a while it felt like I was wasting a lot of money buying 2/3 4packs at a time and having multiple pods broken. So my last order I had 6 out of 8 pods not work at all. I finally emailed your company explaining the situation and they gave me a $28 credit which didn’t replace all pods and still charged me $10..99 for shipping. My order typically comes to around $58 I did not appreciate that at all. I haven’t ordered since until this past Monday. I just placed an order on 7/3/23 which I am still waiting for delivery.
