After using this web site for over a year, compared to their competiton, they are excellent. However, this survey is inquiring about my most recnet purchase. The ONLY reason I did not give an excellent rating was I ordered 11 pods and only received 10. This has NEVER happened before and I was reimbursed full credit. Otherwise I am extremely satisfied and would recommend "Buy Pods Now" as the best company to purchase Pods on line.
