The purchase of the Vuse product is okay, but the product itself seems to just go up & down. As far as the charging unit goes, we have not tried the new ones but the old ones the charging unit just appears to give out & the unit itself loses the magnets w/in the base. This product needs to have more attention at the factory where it is being made. There is no reason for this juice to seep out into your mouth or w/in the unit, yet you feel the slippery slime on your unit, so you know it's the juice seeping out. Not sure why the plugs do not last, unless it's the unit itself where the magnets slip out at the bottom. I have personaly taken at times over an hour attempting to get the magnets back into the unit. Know this we spend over $400 a month on this product. We still hope that this company will work & improve the product because it is convenient product just take the time to ensure it is correctly made. It would also be nice if every once in a while the company rewarded the purchaser w/discount, JUST SAYING!
