We have been ordering from this company fir years now, and let me tell you they are top notch!!! After reading all the other reviews some of them has me in shock let me defend this company 1. Shipping if you choose Usps and it’s delayed it’s Usps fault not BPN!! I noticed that with UPS they switched to SurePost which means UPS will get it to your local post office then the post office will continue delivery from there hence why it’s now $7.99 instead of $12.99 we’ll go to the UPS site log in and pay the $3 so that UPS will deliver and it won’t go to your local post office!! If UPS is delayed well people are protesting looting and everyone is ordering online more then Christmas time since the pandemic!!! So be patient!!! 2. If you get a device or pod that doesn’t work guess what that is not BPN fault either they don’t make the products and some of the smaller disposables are known to be a dud here and there I know my local vape shops or stores that sell them will not take them back or exchange them because they don’t work!!! Contact the actually company that made the vapes in the first place example you buy a lava disposable or pack of pods something doesn’t work contact lava they will send the replacement that also helps with them figuring out why it happened!! 3. People complaining about prices whaaaattttt I know my vape shops and gas stations charge up the same products drastically example one pack of splash ice pods in my local shops are $25 BPN is $11.99!! 4. Sign up for the emails they tell you when products are back in stock and when they have specials and deals!! 5. Be patient they are a small business trying to cater to all of our vaping needs during a pandemic where everyone is ordering online they to are human!! Their customer service is on point and they try to resolve all issues in a timely manner!! Again I don’t work for the company I’m not related I’m a long time customer that has never been disappointed!!! Read my long ass review and put things in a different perspective before writing a horrible review of a company that’s just trying to eat all while making people happy and satisfied!!
