Most of the time the order was correct and shipped in a timely manner. But I did receive the wrong flavor and even that took a couple of weeks to get here. I notified them and they sent a replacement and that took another two weeks and I had to send the wrong one back. They told me they would give me a free box of refills because of the trouble and I am still waiting on it even though I messaged them about it.
