Terrible experience though the website, completely inflexible even in the case of a COVID case, hiding behind their "trusted" suppliers, and inflating prices. I've wasted $1,300 with them, couldn't enjoy my stay due to COVID, and all they did was hide behind their provider to refuse to refund, when the hotel themselves agreed to refund. Never use this, waste of time and money.
