Refused to honour our voucher we received for our wedding, hiding behind their “2 year policy” despite not having an expiry date printed on the voucher. Tried using our voucher well within 2 years of our wedding too. Careful of this company, they are a scam and will do anything to get out of honouring their vouchers.
