Shocking service and customer support.
Paid for a fair the bus broke down, we were put on a different bus that took us back to the airport.
Contacted their customer support team and was told you used the service there for you can't get a refund. As soon as you step on the bus they see it as you agree that it's not their fault what happens from that point.
You are better off walking
