I traveled several countries in Europe and used hotel com all the way. I had a few problems, they handled the problems and even accommodated me in a different hotel in the middle of the night. The problem now is that Expedia took over and all the rewards I used to get, are no longer in place. Before, for every 10 nights I used to get one free night. Now, for every night I get about one dollar.
