Ordered from them in the past with no issue but twice in the last two weeks now I've had problems with them. First, a golf bag I'd ordered allegedly was lost by the courier and, despite being offered a free upgrade, I decided to stick with my original purchase only to find out they had none left (if they ever had any in the first place). I asked for a refund and this was dealt with quickly and efficiently. Giving them the benefit of the doubt, I then ordered two dozen golf balls on the 18th of July and got an email confirming my purchase. I heard nothing about my order since and have had no response to an email I sent asking what's going on. I won't be ordering from them again.
