Hotters sent me 2 pairs of shoes in a very wrong size and asking them for a return label was a long struggle.
They received them back on December 21 - USPS # 9202 3901 0078 4700 0007 6452 06.
Since then, I called their 1-8660378-7811 numerous times, and also e-mailed. No response of any kind, and they didn't return my $140 - I called Visa yesterday, January 20.
