The shoes are really nice- if you fit into their sizing. However, returns are very annoying. The return will take at least a month and if you try to call for a status update, you'll either be put on hold indefinitely or told "I'll look into it" by the lady on the phone and then- "click".
I purchased one pair of boots that I wore for a few years and felt were an awesome value, but every pair I've purchased since did not fit my slender foot and had to be returned.
