A friend had cute shoes which I admired. She said they were Hotter. Six years later I’ve owned and worn 7 pairs. I like loafers and sandals and have both. They’re amazingly comfortable, and just never wear out! I still have them all. Once Il returned a pair and had no trouble at all. Turned the original bag inside out after enclosing the receipt with reason for return, affixed the label attached to the receipt and dropped it off at the post office. Refund appeared in a very reasonable time. I live in he USA - maybe it’s different in Britain. And the sales are real bargains for the great quality.
