I always said I would never buy shoes on line. I had, a while ago, bought a pair of Hotter shoes in their Brighton store (so sad it is now closed) which were amazingly comfortable, so I decided to take the risk but was ready, pen poised, to fill in the returns form! I need not have worried as the new shoes - a totally different style, but the same size and width, are every bit as comfortable. Made in England is a bonus, as was the sale price. Thank you Hotter.
