Brochure showed the shoes I wanted had been reduced by £20 pounds and had an insert giving another 20% off with a code.
As the shoes are comfortable but usually extortionately expensive, I rang to place an order only to be told the code didn’t apply as it had already been taken off!
Not the first time I have had issues with Hotter due to misleading offers.
It has been a while since I bought anything from them because of this, but I see they haven’t changed their questionable advertising methods.
