Used Inpost for a return as requested by Hotter to be paid for by me incidentally. Their tracking system makes no sense to me and is not frequently updated. Cannot contact Hotter - no reply from emails or phone calls. I have spent ages on hold on several occasions.
Do they ever answer queries?
Quality of shoes nowhere near as good as they were. After using Hotter many times in the past will not do so again.
