I ordered a pair of shoes from hotter online. I had to return them because the style was not right for me. I just want to warn people that you have to pay for the postage in both directions, so it cost me £6.45 to try on a pair of shoes for 2 minutes. Email exchanges with customer services were unhelpful saying: 'We endeavour to make this information clear in our catalogues and online'. As far as I am concerned it was not clear. When you don't have a Hotter shop to go to you don't have a choice... Well that is not strictly true... I choose never to use Hotter again. Absolute disgrace.
