I have purchased 3 pairs of shoes/sandals from Hotter in the past. This 4th pair was cute, but wore them ONE night and my feet were so sore and callouses on the little toes. They will not return worn shoes...excuse me, how can you tell if they are comfortable (like the others were) if not worn. I will never buy from them again and I feel I was a good, repeat customer. I will only buy from a reputable dealer where items can be returned or exchanged.
