I changed to Hotter because Clarks are made in Chins (!). I bought 2 pairs of sandals at £47.50 each. £95 in total. These were on offer as the original price was £59 each. I returned one of the pairs and only received £36 back. After complaining to Hotter and getting nowhere I have asked them to collect the second pair and thereby refund the whole lot. They have lost a customer.
