I finally called them to get a retun label and they told me that their computer system for returns is not working at this time, that they are waiving the 30 day time limit for my return due to their computer issue. I called a second time a week later. Still same excuse. I sent an email through their portal and got the same canned response in the email. It's been almost a month of trying to navigate their return process. Never again will I purchase any products.
