Hotter Shoes extensively advertising, knowing full well they were going into administration and would not be refunding returns.
Fraudent activity but this is okay to do to people, especially with everyone struggling financially right now.
Absolutely wrong on every level.
Never, ever will I buy from Hotter again.
So for the sake of the new owners refunding people, I hope hey lose business from those who have been ripped off.
