I've bought several pairs of shoes from Hotter. There always well made and build to last, as well as being comfortable. They may not be the most stylish shoes, but they do have some classic looks. Customer service has always been helpful, and if you buy on-line or keep the receipt, there always happy to take returns or do trade in's.
