After using Hotter online for years, I have to report my disgust that they took money from my account on 23 May and on 4 June, I have yet to receive my shoes!
I have tried phoning and waited on a line for 10 minutes listening to stupid music and have emailed them twice to no avail.
I won't be buying from Hotter again!
