My wife and I visited the Norwich store this morning (Friday 6th March) to purchase shoes. Both of us bought a pair of shoes! We were served by Michelle who was extremely helpful, offered high quality advice on our purchases and is clearly very knowledgeable about which shoes suit a customer's needs. She also had a good manner and empathy with the customer and was a credit to your business. THANKS YOU Very Much.
